In my 10 years experience as a Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach I have worked with many types of individuals, groups and teams and addressed many different goals.
I have discovered that my true passion lies within the realm of sports and non-sport-specific prehabilitation and rehabilitation, Pre, Ante and Post Natal Training for women and Stress relief Training in the form of Meditation, Flexibility and Mobility.
